Frank Gump is a Murgence consultant and president of the Assessment and Development Group International Inc., a developer of systems and technology that facilitate faster, more productive placement and management decisions. Based in North Carolina, ADGI is the distributor of Organizational Management System (OMS), which combines management development, assessment tools and smart internet technology to offer organizations an effective means of integrating behavioral and motivational information into strategic and operational people decisions. Frank is a business partner in PrimeHuh.com, Inc and in the development of VCPrime.com and myVIRTUALrecruiter.com.

Mr. Gump, who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College, has been a consultant and trainer since 1968, and the owner of ADGI since 1971. Directly and through his consulting team, he has implemented assessment and performance improvement solutions in more than 1000 organizations in Canada, The United States, Australia, the Pacific Rim and Europe.

Throughout his consulting career Mr. Gump has been involved with an extensive range of selection, assessment, organizational development, surveying and performance management projects, including management and sales force audits, the identification of role competencies, job analyses and the evaluation of management and leadership potential. As a developer of programs and technology he has designed selection and performance management systems and training programs, and has pioneered many innovations in the assessment field, including industry career centers, video-based testing, the use of mini-simulations, and computerized job analysis.

Mr. Gump has spoken to and conducted workshops throughout North America and abroad, including training conferences, sales and marketing organizations, business clubs, and numerous automobile dealer associations, as well as other industry groups. Mr. Gump has published research reports and articles on organizational behavior in journals such as the Human Resources Professional, Human Resources Management in Canada, and the ASTD Training and Development Journal. Currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development, Mr. Gump is a past member of the HRPAO with a CHRP designation.
